Solution for assembly line of extended range engine。
The extended range engine has added an installation part for the flywheel end generator of the engine。  

Key technologies:

Installation of range extender: The range extender generator is divided into two parts: the inner rotor and the outer stator. The inner rotor needs to be coaxial with the crankshaft, and precise positioning of the rotor and crankshaft is required before installation. The outer stator needs to be coaxial with the rotor, and precise positioning of the rotor and outer stator is required before installation.
Rotation detection: Measure the deflection angle of the rotation using a high-precision rotation measuring instrument, adjust it mechanically or manually, align it, and install and tighten it.
