Solution for methanol fuel engine assembly line

The main assembly line of methanol fuel engines is similar to that of traditional gasoline engines.  
Methanol fuel engines have specific requirements for certain components, requiring error prevention identification and precise traceability.

Component identification system: By scanning the QR code of key components, the component information is determined. At the same time, the engine model and engine number corresponding to the engine are identified in the assembly line tray TAG, and compared with the engine model BOM. If it is correct, it can be installed, and the component QR code and assembly information are saved in the server and bound to the engine number.
