Project components: motor assembly line, gearbox assembly line, differential assembly line, controller assembly line.

Key technologies:

Stator hot sleeve, stator and rotor assembly, shaft system sub assembly and clamping into the box, electrical performance testing, robot flexible pressing unit, automatic bolt feeding and tightening, visual inspection of joint surface coating. Measurement of key dimensions of components, visual inspection of component assembly quality, detection of performance parameters of components and assemblies, automatic uploading and storage of assembly data, and visual blur grasping of components.
