The motor controller assembly line consists of three parts: controller online assembly, online testing, and aging testing:

1. Controller online assembly: This part mainly involves the overall assembly of various components of the controller (housing, IGBT, control board, capacitor, relay, filter, input and output copper bars, high and low voltage connectors, wiring harness, cover plate, maintenance cover plate, etc.). The main equipment includes robot automatic loading and unloading, laser marking machine, screw automatic loading and tightening machine, waterway airtightness testing machine, flipping machine, selective wave soldering, online X-RAY, automatic coating of three proof paint, UV curing, automatic optical inspection (AOI), etc.
2. Controller online testing: This section mainly focuses on online program burning and rapid testing of the assembled controller. The main equipment includes program burning, safety testing (insulation withstand voltage testing), sensor calibration, EOL testing, whole machine airtightness testing, automatic labeling, etc.
3. Controller aging test: This section mainly focuses on conducting high-temperature aging tests on the controller. The main equipment includes high-temperature aging furnace, aging EOL testing equipment, etc.
