Assembly line description
Jiang Chen's new energy reducer assembly line serving Dongfeng Nissan is the first domestically produced intelligent assembly line project for new energy reducers in Dongfeng Nissan. This assembly line is used for mixed assembly of multiple series reducers and various types of assemblies. The production line has the characteristics of high flexibility and high-quality assembly design.
The entire line includes the main assembly line, shaft tooth sub assembly line, and shell assembly line. This assembly line directly loads materials from the three-dimensional warehouse to the workstation through AGV, completes component packaging, shell assembly, and assembly testing, and uses AGV to take qualified products offline.
The equipment includes AGV automatic docking material conveying technology, shaft tooth meshing special matching technology, high-precision flexible servo press fitting machine, multi axis tightening machine, precision shaft tooth height measuring machine, precision automatic measurement pad selection machine, laser engraving machine, airtight detection machine, robot box closing machine, parking operation force detection and refueling machine, etc.
