Assembly line description
This assembly line is used for co production of four varieties including 6HT-1, 6HT-2, and 6HT-1A. The production line has the characteristics of high automation rate, high cycle time, and multi platform flexible design.
The entire line includes main assembly line, housing assembly line, clutch assembly line, differential assembly line, valve body assembly testing line, main bearing assembly line, etc.
The equipment includes a high-precision flexible robot workstation press fitting machine, a high-precision multi head servo press fitting machine, a precision clutch high-speed laminated measuring machine, a precision automatic measurement pad selection machine, a valve body performance testing machine, an airtight testing machine, a robot box closing machine, a fully automatic bolt feeding and tightening machine, a fully automatic robot feeding and press fitting machine, etc.
All equipment assembly data is transmitted and saved in the MES server. The MES system also has functions such as order issuance, material management, component traceability, Anton system, equipment and maintenance management. The product assembly process realizes online detection, pressure online monitoring, automatic fault warning and other functions, and also has intelligent recognition function to prevent errors and omissions in the product assembly process and ensure product quality.
