The main assembly line of AT gearbox is divided into the following parts:
Component assembly: C1/C2/C3 clutch assembly line, front and rear row star transmission mechanism assembly line, transmission mechanism assembly line, oil pump assembly line, valve body assembly line, end cap assembly line, etc.  
Assembly assembly line: shell press fit, component assembly, shell gluing, shell assembly, etc.  
Assembly testing line: Assembly wiring harness insertion, leakage testing, weighing and refueling, TCU flashing, loading testing, oil pumping, laser marking, peripheral component installation, packaging and offline production.
Key technologies:
Automatic component feeding, robot flexible pressing unit, automatic bolt feeding and tightening, visual inspection of adhesive coating on the joint surface. Measurement of key dimensions of components, visual inspection of component assembly quality, detection of performance parameters of components and assemblies, automatic uploading and storage of assembly data, and visual blur grasping of components.
