In order to summarize the work of 2022, commend various advanced individuals who have emerged in the process of achieving business goals, and deploy the work for 2023, we have organized the 2022 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and 2023 Annual Business Work Conference of Dema Company.

The conference is divided into three agenda items:

Marketing Department Director Li Songjun shares his work

Minister Li first summarized the business orders and customer development situation for 2022; Secondly, the shortcomings of the work in 2022 were also reflected upon; Finally, target decomposition was carried out from four aspects: sales revenue, new industry customers, contribution rate of key products, and project gross profit margin, and a detailed work plan was developed to achieve the target; Thank you to the company's sales team for providing strong support for the continuous development of the company.

Vice General Manager Liu Caicang shares his work

Mr. Cui first summarized 2022 from six aspects: personnel, performance evaluation, labor discipline, project management, project payment collection, and production management; Secondly, the gap between project management and procurement management was reflected upon; Finally, the eight major directions for efforts in 2023 were summarized, including expanding funding channels, breaking through business goals, consolidating management foundations, enhancing team capabilities, optimizing design standards, strengthening project management, improving quality systems, and achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

After departmental recommendation and company evaluation, one outstanding employee was selected. The winner was Chen Baobao from the Engineering Department, two were awarded the Best Diligence Award, Shen Binbin and Ni Qingsong from the Design Department, and two were awarded the Best Progress Award. Mr. Zhu mainly elaborated on the direction for 2023 from three aspects: market, research and development, and equity incentives
In terms of the market, there is a certain gap between actual orders in 2022 and expectations. The marketing department should focus on analyzing the reasons. In 2023, the marketing department should do a good job in market development and research, increase the proportion of orders in the new energy industry, and actively participate in mainstream new energy market activities; In terms of research and development, the design department should continue to delve into core equipment for technological breakthroughs based on new energy and three electricity products, with a focus on breaking through the development of new products from scratch. The company should provide strong support and assurance for the research and development team; In 2023, the company will provide equity or option incentives and external training for management positions and core personnel.
2022 is the first year of Dema Company's independence. We are very grateful for the support of our headquarters leaders and all employees for their support and understanding of our work.
